GENERAL RULE
As all of our products are digital products, delivered instantly once payment is received it is impossible for you to return a product to us for a refund.
If you find a bug in our template, you can contact us at info@pivotsimply.com and we will fix it in the next version. Finding a bug is not a reason to request a refund.
If you purchase one of our products, after your payment has cleared your license to use the template will be activated. Once the license is activated, no refunds will be given. We have this policy since it would be impossible for you to return your registered version of our template.
If you our digital programs, there is a refund guarantee of 7 days after that time frame no refunds will be provided
If you are a part of our Memberships , its a rolling contract you can unsubscribe anytime before 25th of any month.
TERMINATION WITHOUT REFUND
We reserve the right to terminate accounts without refund or prior notice if you violate our published Terms of Use or become verbally abusive to our staff, other users of our site or our associates. In case such a user tries to resubscribe to our site we reserve the right to terminate his/her account without a refund or prior notice and block his/her IP address.
