It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.
GENERAL RULE
 As all of our products are digital products, delivered instantly once payment is received it is impossible for you to return a product to us for a refund.
If you find a bug in our template, you can contact us at [email protected] and we will fix it in the next version. Finding a bug is not a reason to request a refund.

If you purchase one of our products, after your payment has cleared your license to use the template will be activated. Once the license is activated, no refunds will be given. We have this policy since it would be impossible for you to return your registered version of our template.

If you our digital programs, there is a refund guarantee of 7 days after that time frame no refunds will be provided

If you are a part of our Memberships , its a rolling contract you can unsubscribe anytime before 25th of any month.

TERMINATION WITHOUT REFUND
We reserve the right to terminate accounts without refund or prior notice if you violate our published Terms of Use or become verbally abusive to our staff, other users of our site or our associates. In case such a user tries to resubscribe to our site we reserve the right to terminate his/her account without a refund or prior notice and block his/her IP address.

• This refund policy can be updated at any time, without prior notice and is applicable immediately and retroactively for all subscriptions and subscribers. It is considered an integral part of our Terms of Use and its acceptance is mandatory for all users.
